Using grapes only sourced from our acre of vineyard this wine aims to showcase the natural characteristics of Cab Franc. Hand harvested on 21st March 2024 to retain natural acidity and aged for 7 months in a combination of 3rd use and neutral French oak to provide a bit of structure but avoiding too many oaky flavours.
 
Fruits aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant with herbs. Taste continues the fruit theme with blackcurrant, raspberry but this vintage also exhibits more green pepper than previous vintages. Tannins are smooth and well integrated alongside lively acidity.
