Using grapes only sourced from our acre of vineyard this wine aims to showcase the natural characteristics of Cab Franc. Hand harvested on 13th March 2023 to retain natural acidity and aged for 7 months in a combination of 3rd use and neutral French oak to provide a bit of structure but avoiding too many oaky flavours.
 
Fruits aromas of cherry and blackberry with pepper. Taste continues the fruit theme with blackcurrant, raspberry but this vintage also exhibits more green pepper than previous vintages. Tannins are smooth and well integrated alongside lively acidity.
